Yes, we accept wheelchair participants in our 10k. We have a cut off time of 1 hour 45 minutes so that we keep the traffic moving too, providing you are able to finish within this time we can have you racing, although if in a day chair we would ask you to start at the back of the race. Please also be aware that there are several 180 degree turns on the course and a short sharp hill that you should take care on.

If you’re happy with the above, then please select Wheelchair Participant upon registration and we’ll be in touch prior to organise race day logistics.

General Entry ticket holders

In efforts to improve our sustainability and reduce waste, we've given runners the option to collect a race pack ahead of the race by visiting our Help Desk on the North Terrace, Trafalgar Square. Date of collection will be Saturday 20th July.

We do understand this isn't always possible, so we can still post a race pack if need be, but the runner will need to purchase this when registering.

Charity, Corporate Challenge and other ticket holders

Race pack delivery is included in your ticket price. The race pack will be posted to whichever address is inputted upon registration. To edit/confirm your address, please visit your Virgin Sport profile and click 'Edit Ticket' on your ticket, then follow the prompts.

Everything you need:

- A race bib with a unique runner’s number and a chip which records the runners time.

- Safety pins to attach the bib to the runner’s vest or t-shirt.

After registration, we are unable to post any race packs which were previously chosen to be collected. If you can't make it to the Help Desk before the race, you can have someone collect it for you.

The person collecting does not need to be participating in the race. They may pick up race materials for a maximum of three registered runners.

Please note, the person collecting the race pack on behalf of the runner(s) must have:

- A copy, screenshot or photo of the registered runner’s passport/driving license

- An email or printed copy of the registered runner’s confirmation email (which should have been emailed to the runner when they registered).

Without these documents we will be unable to provide a race pack to the person collecting.
