We’re the UK’s leading dementia charity, and our vision is a world without dementia. We are working relentlessly for a cure; and every day we get a bit closer. Until that day, we want to create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and able to live without prejudice.
Join our team and help bring us a step closer to a world without dementia.
Children with Cancer UK actively raises and invests money for vital specialist research to save the lives of children with cancer and keep their families together.
Every day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Every day, 619 children and young people from across the UK arrive. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs. And every day is a chance for you to make a difference. This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support to give seriously ill children the best chance to fulfil their potential. A better future for seriously ill children starts here.
The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. Our goal is a life less miserable – for you, your friends, your family and for all men. CALM has a free, anonymous and confidential helpline and webchat open every day, from 5pm–midnight) for men in crisis. We also campaign for long-term culture change with the ultimate goal of redefining and opening up perceptions of masculinity, so that over time fewer men will need CALM’s services at crisis point, but instead feel inspired to seek support in the earliest stages.
Pride in London is the UK’s biggest, most diverse Pride. A home for every part of the London LGBT+ community. We are wholly run by volunteers and are passionate about equality and diversity. We provide a platform for every part of London LGBT+ community to raise awareness of LGBT+ issues and campaign for the freedoms that will allow them to live their lives on a genuinely equal footing. This year fundraising is all the more important as we have just launched our new Unity Fund, designed to build stronger communities by providing one-off grants to grassroots organisations who address the needs of the UK's LGBT+ community.
Because together, we can continue making the changes that matter.
We want to offer everyone with disabilities the opportunity to have a better quality of life, so we match, modify or create a wide variety of personalised technology to lend to them, opening up new worlds of fun, creativity and communication.
