You have 3 hours and 30 minutes to walk, jog, race, prance, skip or dance through the course and cross the finish line.

If you are an overseas runner registering after this date, please make sure you list a UK delivery address if possible, otherwise you will need to collect your race pack over the event weekend (see below).

Congratulations on the move! Unfortunately it’s now too late to change your address as our team have packed up all the race packs ready to be posted. As we’re not able to post you a replacement pack, you can either return to your old address to pick it up, or collect a new pack over the race weekend (see below).

After you've purchased a ticket, you will see an option to set up a crew - this makes you Captain!

When creating crew, you can choose to make it public or private. If the crew is private you will need to set a password and share that password with anyonewho you’d like to join your group.  After you’ve created a crew, you’ll see: a newsfeed with a timeline of when team members join your crew, a ‘Captain’s View’ which displays a list of crew members, and a ‘Get in Touch’ tab which allows you to email all crew members.

If you're joining an existing crew, you can do so on the ticket in your profile after you’ve registered for the event. Just click on the ‘Join a Crew’ tab and search for your group name - if your crew is private, you’ll need to enter the password which was created by your captain. Once you've joined, you'll see a timeline of who joins your crew and a 'Get in Touch' tab to email your captain!

If it doesn’t arrive after a week then give us a call and we will let you know how to collect a new race pack on the weekend of the race.

Race packs are sent individually, packs can arrive to the same address a few days apart. If you have bought a ticket for a friend we will email them directly once we send theirs! Even if you bought the tickets together they can still get sent separately so hold tight they will be posted soon!

All race packs are sent individually so even if you live at the same address they may arrive a few days apart. If you have bought a ticket for a friend we will email them once we send theirs to let them know it’s on the way.

Firstly, don’t panic! If you lose your pack or the dog eats it you will need to collect a new one over the race weekend. Head to our help desk in Oxford University Parks between 12:00 and 16:00 on Saturday 7th, or from 07:30 on Sunday 8th with your ID and confirmation email and we will issue you a new pack.
