29 January: Training Run x Mindful Chef Nutrition Class
Location: Virgin Active, Kensington.
Get race ready for the Hackney Half and release your inner foodie at this training run and nutrition class. Your Hackney Half pacers and Twice the Health will provide the motivation to keep you moving during this 5-10k run. Twice the Health is made up of nutritionist Emily and PT Hannah. They are both keen runners (to say the least)! Between them they’ve completed 3 marathons, 1 half Ironman, and more half marathons than they care to count so are the perfect pair to inspire you in your training journey.
Once your training is complete, you can look forward to free, delicious food provided by Mindful Chef and founder Myles Hopper will be on hand with helpful tips to keep your nutrition game strong for 2020.
